Payment Policy

Payment is due upon registration for programs offered by Spirit of Sophia, Inc.   If you do not choose to use on-line registration, your registration will be activated when your check is received by mail.  Please email dana@spiritofsophia.org to let us know you intend to register and that the check is on its way.  Mailing address is: Spirit of Sophia, P. O. Box 18, Harrods Creek, KY  40027

For overnight retreats, there will be a nonrefundable deposit required to reserve your spot. which will apply towards your balance due.

Our on-line Payment Gateway is PayPal.  However, you may check out using your PayPal account, or as a guest using one of the major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Spirit of Sophia’s cancellation policy is a 50% refund for the need to cancel 21 or more days prior to the start of an in-person  study circle, workshop or day retreat.  Less than that – no refunds.   No partial refunds are available for not being able to attend all sessions of an event.  Any “deposit” or “fee” required to “hold your space” for an event will be non-refundable. Payments for fundraisers are non-refundable. Payments for on-line programs are nonrefundable.   There are no refunds on any meals that may be paid for separately for an event.    There is at least a 60 day notice for an overnight retreat for a 50% refund of the “payment due”. (Less than 60 days notice – no refund.)

If you find you can’t attend a workshop or day retreat, please consider gifting your space by contacting dana@spiritofsophia.org.  If you would like to “donate” your space to a woman in financial need, please let us know.  We would be glad to offer your generous gift to someone in financial need.
