“The Circles of women around us weave invisible nets of love that carry us when we’re weak and sing with us when we are strong.” –Sark
Jean Shinoda Bolen, M.D., our guest speaker in 2018, emphasized the importance of “circles” in the life of all women during her workshop. She was emphatic that it is a necessity for a woman to be involved in a circle – and if the first one isn’t the right fit – to keep looking.
This circle meets monthly. We finished finished discussing “The Cup of Our Life” by Joyce Rupp in December, and begin in January of 2019 exploring “Women Who Run With the Wolves” by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Ph.D.
We also offer circles that convene for a 3 or 4 week study.
Check our Events page for details on upcoming circles.
