Description of Workshop

A fabric art workshop by Penny Sisto…you do not need to know how to sew, just how to thread a needle! We will create a figurative art work that symbolizes an aspect of your own particular Path and has Inner meaning for you. We will also create a group piece. At the end of the short workshop everyone will take home her own Personal Icon or Prayer Flag.

All you need to bring is a “wee notebook and pen to put down a few thoughts and a small piece of fabric that you love which will become part of your Personal Icon or Prayer Flag.”

If you need a thimble, please bring with you. If you have good sharp fabric scissors, please bring and share. If you prefer a certain sharpie color pen, please bring along.

Penny will bring fabric; sewing needles, fabric glue, sharpies, and pencils will be provided.

$125 Max: 15 participants
